Delete your AlcoMart account

1. Sign in to AlcoMart.
2. Open your profile:
   • Customers: Profile.
   • Riders: Profile.
   • Stores: Settings.
3. Scroll to Delete my account, type DELETE to confirm, and tap Delete account.

It happens straight away and you're signed out. You can't delete your account while an order is on its way (or, for riders and stores, while you have a delivery or orders in progress). Finish those first.

Email support@alcomart.co.ke from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my AlcoMart account”. We'll confirm and delete it within 7 days.

• Your name, phone number, date of birth and profile photo.
• Saved addresses, favourite stores and notification settings.
• For riders: ID number, documents and photos, payout number and location.
• For stores: the store is closed and removed from AlcoMart, along with its contact and payout details.
• Your login. The email address can no longer be used to sign in.

Records of orders, payments, payouts and receipts are kept for at least 5 years, because Kenyan tax law requires it. They no longer carry your name or contact details. See our Privacy Policy.
